President, General Manager & Owner
Taylor Ireland, a dynamic and forward-thinking entrepreneur, bought ACA in 2009. Drawing on his experience teaching English as a second language, he has relied on first-rate instructors and training materials as well as excellent customer service to make ACA one of the leading language training companies in Canada.
Taylor has since won two awards from the Junior Chamber of Commerce of Quebec. He was named Young Business Personality in the Administration and Management category in 2013, and won the Inspire Award in 2016.
Director of Learning and Development
With studies in Linguistics and Second Language Acquisition from Université Laval, Johnson Bresnick provides direction and vision to ACA. His expertise lies in grammar acquisition, instructor training, technology in language training, and curriculum development.
Johnson has served as manager for many of ACA’s professional development projects, including business language curriculum, an online learning platform, internal evaluation systems, learner progress evaluation system, and implementing large-scale client development.
Manager, Logistics and Client Relations
Meghan Ball leads the logistics team and oversees client placement for the majority of ACA’s corporate training programs. Internally dubbed ACA’s scheduling wizard, she works with the corporate team to organize, plan and manage training sessions from start to finish.
Meghan holds a Bachelor’s in Languages and Certificate in Teaching from the University of Exeter. Her previous experience includes coordinating the human resources and pedagogy department and working as an advisor for the language assistant program with the Ministry of Education of Québec.
Account Director
Director of Accounts, Alexis Toussaint-Perreault is the head of sales and client management. He oversees corporate training for the majority of client business in Quebec City and Montreal with help from the corporate team. His experience in ESL and account management allow him to ensure training objectives are transparent and realistic, and client needs are met with the utmost satisfaction.
Director of Operations
Adam Levasseur oversees the operational aspects of ACA’s training management system. He pioneered, designed and programmed ACA’s in-house management system that allows the team to coordinate over 2000 learners per week, streamlining and automating scheduling, emails, and reports for the administration team.
Adam ensures that various aspects of ACA’s operations run smoothly and seamlessly, from client logistics, to workplace technology.
Finance Manager
Nathalie Laforce oversees financials and heads the accounting and billing departments. She is responsible for client management for accounts receivable, budgeting and taxes. With her previous experience as a leading entrepreneur, Nathalie brings business management savoir-faire and thorough processes management to ACA.
Senior Learning and Development Coordinator
Jenni Campbell is ACA’s Senior Learning and Development Coordinator. She serves as a lead in Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, and Content creation. Her areas of expertise include adult training, curriculum design, hiring and people management. Her effective management approach and hands-on style make her an integral part of the ACA Team.
